Funds generated through future projects will be reinvested into expanding housing opportunities, promoting equity, and strengthening local communities.

why we exist
House prices have risen sharply, and homes built under current market conditions are increasingly out of reach for many people, leaving too many in the Shoalhaven struggling to find a place to call home.
Better Futures Shoalhaven was established to change this trajectory by supporting the creation of new, community-first housing supply that puts people before profit.
